Progress has continued thanks to your generous support.

We added one new item to this update to replace the broken water fountain in the Fellowship Hall.   Altogether, 6 of the 9 items on the list have been funded!

We need your TRUNKS, Saturday, October 24th from 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Please bring your car and candy to hand out to all the little Trick or Treaters. It's a great day to enjoy fellowship with church and community members.
We also need face painters, food servers and game supervisors!

It's that time of the year again for the annual New Covenant and First Church men's retreat. The retreat will take place at Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Brecksville on Saturday, October 24 from 9:00 AM -4:00 PM. Lunch will be provided asking only for a goodwill offering. All men of First Church are encouraged to attend.

Join us on Thursdays, beginning October 15th from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM for our Men's Basketball at Kinsner Elementary School.

Thanksgiving Food Basket packing is planned for Thursday, November 19th at 9 AM. **Please note this is a change from past years** We will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items for Thanksgiving food baskets starting Sunday October 26th. Envelopes marked “Food Baskets” are available on the Welcome Center and can be placed in the basket or offering plate. Special Note: We need frozen turkeys for the Thanksgiving baskets. Turkeys can be dropped off in the freezer located in the Kitchen next to the fellowship hall.  Volunteers will be needed to pack the food baskets. Please sign up on the sign-up sheet located on Welcome Center.

Do you have a bicycle (adult - or child-size) that could use a second life?

Please contact Pierre David and he will pick it up, repair it so that it is “like new” (if necessary), and then take to the Redeemer Crisis Center on W. 30th Street in Cleveland.
